Patild in the Kingdom of Alberdain

In the small kingdom of Alberdain, lived a girl named Patild. She was always troubled and sad, as since she started growing up, she had been trying to make friends who suited her. Little did she know what wonders fate had in store for her.

Patild: "I don't understand!"

Fay: "Understand what?"

Patild: "The beautiful girls in the castle, with their money-filled purses, their shimmering hair, well-manicured nails, and enchanting smiles. Why can't I be like them?"

Fay: "Are you talking about Kenzi and Whitney?"

Patild: "Yes, Kenzi, Whitney, and Riley. They never stop. They seize every opportunity to hurt me, belittle me, and mock my appearance; it's unfair!"

Fay: "Hold on; that's impossible. Kenzi is the daughter of the king's steward, and she is too weak to harm a bug. As for Whitney, her mother used to work at the mills before Commander Harkness took the throne. Riley might be the most troublesome among them, but your belief seems misplaced."

Patild: "No! Two days before my birthday, by royal decree, I went to stand before His Majesty, pay the tribute, and renew my loyalty. I had only one coin, which was all that was left to me after my mother left to work at the Registry House. I climbed the golden stairs to the royal office, and they were laughing close by."

Fay: "And then?"

Patild: "Kenzi was the first… (recalling the memory) Kenzi: 'Hey, you cow barn princess, do you think it's acceptable to soil our carpets with the mud from your shoes? And what's in your bag, a dairy pie?'

Patild: "Then came Whitney…" Whitney: "Trim those nails, Patild. Oh, I forgot you can't, haha."

Patild: "And then Riley, who was the harshest…" Riley: "Weren't you just rolling around in straw with that frizzy hair of yours?"

Patild: "Leave me alone! I came to renew my loyalty to my lord and then go my way." Kenzi: "And where is your way, to the cow barn?" Riley: "Perhaps it's a heap of straw!"

Patild: "Leave me alone!"

The castle girls were known for their cruelty. But their cruelty escalated to insolence in their dealings with Patild. Whitney: "How about you go to the enchanted forest and stay away from us for a while?"

Aldrich, son of Commander Harkness: "Leave her be!"

(Patild leaves crying, and the memory ends)

Patild: "And that's why I'm here now."

Fay: "I’m really… (interrupted by Patild)"

Patild: "Please, don't pity me." Fay: "So what do you think about playing? I know you love games?"

(Patild interrupts again)

Patild: "I don't want games. My only wish is to look in the mirror and smile; to have the girls' hair, their smiles, and their gaze. I wish to be a queen." Fay: "Speaking of kings, rumors say that our king does not deserve to rule Alberdain, but rather a queen from Queen Bloodona's relatives!"

Patild: "But he is a good king, maybe the rumors are false."

Fay: "I don’t know. Let’s go somewhere else, not the enchanted forest. Where do you want to go?"

Patild: "To the Registry House, to the Registry House. 'Registry House'; she said, certain that a glimpse of her mother's face would lift her spirits."

Fay: "That's impossible! Your mother is the only one allowed there."

Patild: "I know that."

Fay: "Moreover, if you’re caught, you'll be thrown into the castle's dungeons, where King Leon has imprisoned countless forest beasts."

Patild: "I know."

Fay: "Ugh! If you want to take the risk despite that, it’s your concern, but remember that a warning has been given."

Patild: "I know." (Fay leaves her, and we move to the next scene, outside the Registry House where the guard stands by the door)

Patild: "Good morning."

Guard: "What’s the matter?"

The guard said.

Patild: "I… I’m here to see my mother; Gloria the Albertinian."

Guard: "No entry to the Registry House."

Patild: "Let me explain… I…"

Guard: "I said no entry to the Registry House!"

Patild: "Please, sir, it’s just that…"

Guard: "I said no, little one. I’ll make it clear: this door is locked with powerful magic. Only someone skilled in magic like your mother can open it, not you. And if you don’t leave now… I’ll send you to a juvenile correctional facility. Is that clear?"

Patild: "Yes, sir." (And she moves away, defeated)

Patild visits her friend Fay for advice. (The next scene starts with Patild knocking on Fay's door)

Fay: "Wait a moment!" (opens the door) Fay: "Oh… Hello Patild…"

Fay welcomed Patild, flustered.

Patild: "I need your help, Fay. I want to see my mother, and I can't enter the Registry House alone."

Fay: "Patild, you know this is dangerous. But if you're determined, I’ll help you. But we must be careful."

Patild: "Thank you, Fay. I can’t do this without you."

The two girls began planning to enter the Registry House secretly. At night, Patild and Fay sneaked into the Registry House. Fay used some magic she learned from her mother to open the magical lock. They entered the building quietly.

As they searched for Patild's mother, they heard the rustling of papers. They turned and saw a woman in a white robe.

Patild: "Mother!"

Mother: "Patild! What are you doing here? It's dangerous for you to be here."

Patild: "I needed to see you, Mother. I can't bear living without you."

Mother: "I know, my dear. But we must be cautious. There are secrets in this place that no one should know."

Fay: "We understand, ma'am. But Patild needs to see you and talk to you."

Mother: "Alright. But we must be quick. There’s something important you need to know, Patild. You have great magical power within you. You must learn to use it wisely to protect the kingdom."

Patild: "Magical power? How can I learn to use it?"

Mother: "You’ll find the answer in the ancient magic book in this place. Use it wisely, and it will help you discover your abilities."

Patild and Fay quickly said their goodbyes and returned home. In the following days, Patild began studying the ancient magic book and discovering her powers. Over time, she became stronger and more confident.

When the time came to confront the girls who had mocked her, Patild used her magical abilities wisely to show them that true beauty comes from within. Patild’s life changed completely, and she became a symbol of strength and courage in the kingdom.

And everyone knew that Patild was not just an ordinary girl, but someone with great power and magic that could change the world.
