Chapter Fifty-Nine: Abboud's Decision to Enter the World of Crime

After returning home, Aboud sat in the corner of his room, deeply immersed in thought. The world that John had introduced to him seemed full of temptations, but deep down, Aboud sensed something dark and dangerous lurking behind it all. He sat for a long time, reflecting on the events that had just transpired.

(Flashback)

One day in prison, Aboud and Grigor were sitting in their cell, with Grigor explaining some programming codes and how to hack into large systems.

Grigor (seriously): "The world I'm a part of isn't easy, Aboud. It's a world filled with power, but it destroys you from within. You have to be strong and know when to use these skills."

Aboud (determined): "I'll learn, but I won't be like you. I won't follow the same path."

Grigor (with a knowing look): "You're different from me, Aboud. But remember, the path you choose will define who you become."

(Back to the present)

Aboud sat there, overwhelmed by those memories. He didn’t want to follow the same path that had destroyed Grigor's life. He wanted to use the skills he had learned in a different way, one that wouldn't harm him or those he loved.

After deep reflection, Aboud made the decision to turn down John's offer. He didn’t want to be part of an organization that sought control and manipulation. He decided to follow a different path, even if it was full of challenges.

Aboud picked up his phone and dialed John's number.

Aboud (calm but firm): "John, it's Aboud. I need to talk to you."

John (confident): "Aboud, I expected your call. Have you made your decision?"

Aboud (determined): "Yes, I have. I won't work with you."

There was silence on the other end of the phone. John seemed unprepared for this response but wasn’t entirely surprised either.

John (calm but challenging): "Are you sure about your decision? You know this path won't be easy, Aboud."

Aboud (confident): "I'm sure, John. I appreciate what you tried to do, but I won't be part of that world. I'll use what I learned, but in my own way. I won’t let anyone control my life or those I care about."

John (coldly): "Alright. That’s your choice. But remember, things might get harder than you think."

Aboud (resolute): "I understand that. But I’ll face whatever comes, and I won't look back."

After ending the call, Aboud felt a great sense of relief. He knew his decision wouldn’t be easy, but deep in his heart, he knew it was the right one. The road ahead was uncertain, but at least he knew he hadn’t lost himself in the dark world John had offered.

Aboud sat in his chair, gazing out the window at the bustling city below. He knew this wasn’t the end of the story and that many challenges still lay ahead, but he was ready to face them.

Aboud (to himself): "I’ve learned a lot, but I’ll use it in my own way. I’ll carve my own path, and I won’t be anyone’s puppet."

With that thought, Aboud closed his eyes and prepared to face whatever the next day would bring.
